• "Services" refers to delivery, customer support, and related services
• "Agreement" refers to these Terms & Conditions plus your order confirmation
• "EU Consumer" refers to any natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, or profession
• "Business Day" refers to Monday through Friday, excluding Romanian public holidays

How Agreement is Formed

1. You browse our website and add products to your shopping cart
2. You proceed to checkout and provide your information
3. You review your order and these Terms & Conditions
4. You click "Place Order" or similar confirmation button
5. We send you an order confirmation email
6. A legally binding contract is formed upon our acceptance of your order

Capacity to Contract

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• You must provide accurate and truthful information
• If ordering on behalf of a business, you must have authority to bind that entity

• We reserve the right to substitute similar varieties when exact products are unavailable

Order Placement

Order Modifications & Cancellations

• Within 2 Hours: Full modifications and cancellations possible
• Before Processing: Limited modifications may be possible
• During Processing: Changes generally not possible
• After Shipping: Use our return policy for changes
• Live Plants: Modifications only within 1 hour due to special handling

Pricing & Availability

• All prices are displayed in Romanian Lei (RON) and include VAT
• Prices are subject to change without notice until order confirmation
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors
• Product availability is updated regularly but not guaranteed until order acceptance
• Out-of-stock items will be communicated and alternatives offered

Payment Processing

• Payment is required before order processing begins

• Card payments are processed immediately upon order placement
• Bank transfers require payment within 3 business days
• Orders are automatically cancelled if payment is not received within specified timeframe

VAT & Tax Information

Refunds & Chargebacks

• Refund processing time: 3-5 business days for cards, 2-3 days for PayPal
• Bank transfer refunds require account details and take 2-5 business days
• Chargeback disputes are handled according to card network rules
