As an EU consumer, you have the right to return most items within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

  1. Contact Us
    Email support@yardunakraft.shop or call +40 745 123 456 within 14 days of delivery to initiate your return.
  2. Get Return Authorization
    We'll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping label.
  3. Package Your Items
    Pack items securely in original packaging. Include the RMA number and reason for return.
  4. Ship Your Return
    Use our prepaid return label or choose your own shipping method. We recommend tracked shipping.
  5. Receive Your Refund
    Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Return Conditions

Items We Accept:

  • Unused items in original packaging
  • Items with original tags and labels
  • Garden tools in original condition
  • Unopened seed packets and fertilizers
  • Accessories and decorative items

Items We Cannot Accept:

  • Live plants (except if defective on arrival)
  • Opened or used soil and fertilizers
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items damaged by customer use
  • Seasonal items after the season ends
Special Note: Due to health and safety regulations, certain garden chemicals and pesticides cannot be returned once opened.

📅 Refund Timeline & Process

Day 0: Return Initiated
You contact us and receive RMA number and return instructions.
Day 1-7: Item in Transit
Your return package is shipped back to our warehouse.
Day 8-10: Inspection
We receive and inspect your returned item(s) for condition and completeness.
Day 11-13: Processing
Refund is approved and processed back to your original payment method.
Day 14-16: Refund Received
Refund appears in your account (timing depends on your bank/card provider).
Fast Track Service: For defective items or our errors, we offer expedited processing with refunds typically completed within 3-5 business days of receipt.

Live Plants

  • Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Photos required showing plant condition
  • Replacement or full refund available
  • Seasonal restrictions may apply
  • Plant guarantee covers shipping damages
Plant Guarantee: We guarantee live plants for 7 days after delivery when proper care instructions are followed.

Large Garden Items

  • Free return pickup service available
  • Inspection required before pickup
  • Original packaging may be required
  • Assembly/disassembly may be needed
  • Additional handling time applies
Large Item Returns: Items over 30kg require special arrangements. Contact us before initiating return.

Defective Items

  • 2-year legal warranty on all products
